Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. A binding contract is formed once we have sent a shipping confirmation.

Pricing

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the point of order is the price you pay.

Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards plus selected wallet providers (Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna). All payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant providers over encrypted connections.

Delivery

Free UK delivery over £60. Standard UK Delivery: 2–3 working days. Express UK Delivery: 1 working day. Full details are on our Delivery page.

Returns & refunds

You may return unworn items with tags within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. Full details are on our Returns page.

Customer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Intellectual property

All imagery, copy and design on this site is the property of Zaam Premium Abayas and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
