Returning your abaya
Check your item
Ensure the piece is unworn, unwashed and has all original tags attached.
Start your return
Email returns@zaamabayas.com with your order number and reason. We'll send instructions and a returns label.
Pack securely
Repack the abaya in its original packaging to protect it during transit.
Refund or reorder
Once received, refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
Start your return: Email returns@zaamabayas.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our customer care team will reply within 24 hours with your returns label and next steps.
Sale items
Sale items can be returned within 14 days unless clearly marked as Final Sale on the product page. Any final-sale exclusions are shown on the product page and at checkout.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your abaya arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will cover the return postage and offer a replacement or full refund.
